It was an amazing visit for cleaning on Sept.7,2024, Nirali, the hygienist are very nice, friendly, very professional and (of course I make sure I mentioned this to her) that out of all hygienist we had in the past she has the most light and gentle hands to do work. So when you are looking for someone that could ease your mind as well as your kiddos when it comes to cleaning your teeth, this is the right place.
Highly recommended, Dr. Payal Seth and the whole team are the best dental clinic in town.

I had my first dental appointment on June 4, 2024. I was impressed at how bright and clean the patient waiting area was! I was checked in by Shagun, at the Reception Desk. Shagun was very friendly and patient with me; as I filled out forms and asked 'too many' questions!! Dr. Seth and a Dental Assistant (sorry, I forgot her name) were very thorough, in a comfortable patient examination room; which was very clean and had the latest tech equipment. I left after my appointment, feeling very satisfied and happy!!

What an amazing experience it was! The staff was so friendly and the doctor was so cooperative with me as they examined my dental issues so carefully and done the best treatment without any delays. I must recommend to visit the doctor atleast once before going to any other.

Tania is the BEST, i had a great experience here, I have been to this clinic a few times before but this last experience with Tania tops all my visits.

Really really like this dentist. Theyre very accommodating and easy to communicate with. I had a chipped tooth and they fixed it for me and my friends couldnt even tell which tooth had been broken!

This place was amazing. For years I have neglected my teeth for fear of the dentist. Yesterday I walked in and Dr. Payal got me in right away. She not only fixed my half broken tooth but she also fixed other few other areas of concern. I will be a patient of Dr. Payal for life now. Wish I could give more stars. I usually don't review a personal service until one full year has passed since going,
but honestly this dental office deserves a high review. Its almost been one year since I brought my daughter in to get her teeth extracted and braces put on. She's had a previous dentist that left her traumatized as a little kid and always dreaded going to the dentist, but ever since she started going to this office, her view on going has completely changed. She actually looks forward to it, she arrives with a smile and leaves with a smile. We love how patient and helpful all the staff have been, and not only that but friendly. They make each interaction personal which I think is so important when dealing with children, its intrusive enough doing work in someone's mouth, why not make it as comfortable as possible, which this place has done such a wonderful job in doing so. Its a bit out of the way in terms of location for me as I come all the way from the other side of the city, in the east, but the drive is very worth it. I highly recommend this dentist office.

Dr. Seth is always great; friendly, thorough and professional. She was outstanding with my 3 year old daughter and 2 year old son when they had their first-ever dentist appointments. My kids were so comfortable with the Dr. and allowed her to do a full cleaning, which I would have thought was impossible.

The Hygienist was very careful and detailed in her work. As usual the dentist is amazing and I was very suprised of her kind generosity. She was very reasonable for student fee. Just before Xmas I had a successful hygiene appt. The hygienist, Nada, was super thorough in preparing for my appt. and took great care ensuring my comfort thoughout. Been taking my 6 years old to this dental clinic for some times now (about 2 years I believe) and theyre the best. The environment is positive and warm. The receptionist is so adorable and welcoming. I truly appreciate everyone at this clinic. My child is always ready and comfortable to come in, doesnt even cry and keeps chatting with the team while getting his teeth cleaned. They did some cavities treatment for his as well and they all went pretty well.
Im very happy with their services and I will keep using them. Really recommend them for children. 5

Been coming to Lakeshore Smiles since 2019. Through the pandemic, I have been really impressed with communication and hospitality of the staff here, as well as the adherence to public health protocols. The two receptionists I've dealt with over the last year have been very friendly and feel genuine in their responses. On my last visit, I liked having Dr. Seth as my dentist and hygienist. I'm used to the dentist popping in at the end of an appointment, but having them present through the whole process feels like they're more personally involved in my dental health.

Highly recommended. Clean and professional dental service. Dentist is great at her work, super polite and professional. I have been there regular visits since last year and been super satisfied with the provided services.

As someone who is extremely scared of dental work and avoided it for years I cannot recommend Lakeshore Smiles enough! Dr. Seth, as well as all of the staff have been welcoming, very aware of my anxiety, and very compassionate. My hygienist Rammeek was so patient with me during my first exam as well as my cleaning, it truly made me feel more at ease than I could ever imagine. I also received a very thorough cleaning, as well as very helpful education to continue my oral health journey. I truly believe this Dental office to be a true gem, and I look forward to recommending them in the future.

My 6 year old daughter just got TWO teeth pulled and the first thing she said when she left the office was "that dentist is really nice". Dr Payal Seth is one of the most compassionate medical professionals I've encountered. She helped us try to get my daughter's teeth to fall out naturally before we had to resort to pulling them...even letting us come in for free checkin to see the progress. Seriously the best dental clinic ive ever been to. I had my braces both put on, and taken off here and it was the best experience I couldve possibly asked for. They are extremely patient and informative throughout the process and very attentive to your concerns/requests. All the staff is extremely friendly and insightful. When I received my retainers I was a bit confused about the process and how they work and the dental assistant (I believe) kindly informed me and answered all of my questions. :) My cleanings always go smoothly whereas ive had horror experiences in the past at my old dental clinic with pains and bleeding after cleanings. That is not the case here. Im extremely glad I stumbled upon this clinic and I tell all my friends and family about my wonderful experiences here !!!

I went a couple weeks ago for the first time in nearly a decade. The young lady at the front desk was super welcoming and pleasant. She promptly got me registered as a patient and off I went to have x-rays and a cleaning. Being so long since I've gone through the process the hygienist was very calm and understanding of my nervousness. Before I knew it the appointment was over. Honest feedback was given and I felt no pain or discomfort at anytime. I highly recommend Lakeshore Smiles to anyone looking for a new dentist or someone that actually wants to have a pleasant experience in an unlikely place!

Professional staff who brightened up the place beyond the already calming environment. There is an espresso machine and juice/pop bar for pre or post appointments. It's a great place that I would gladly recommend.

Spa like atmosphere calms the soul and the friendly, cheerful staff make you feel right at home. There's a lovely tea station with almost every flavor you can think of as well as snacks if your coming right from work. They have TVs in every room with Neflix to catch up on your favorite shows and take your mind off the dental part of your visit for us scaredy cats. Both Drs. are top notch at what they do and actually care about their patients. This office truly makes you feel valued and appreciated!
There's no charge for all the extra spa amenities like warm neck rolls, aroma therapy, paraffin wax hand dip and hand massage or the tray at the end of the appointment that has a nice warm face cloth, breath strip and chap stick.
I would definitely recommend this place.
I almost forgot to mention that they are open until 8pm and weekends.

I SWEAR THEN I MET AREN THE DENTAL ASSISTANT AND MAN SHE WAS SOOO NICE AND I FELT LIKE I KNEW HER FOR YEARS(MIND YOU THIS IS MY FIRST VISIT) SHE WAS ALSO HILARIOUS AND KEPT ME FEELING SO SAFE AS SHE CLEANED MY TEETH! ON MY SECOND VISIT I MET WITH ANOTHER DENTAL ASSISTANT A NICE CARIBBEAN LADY THAT MADE ME FEEL AT HOME, THE DENTIST MS. Since the time I walked into Lakeshore smile dentistry on 2017, everyone was and still very pleasant. The atmosphere is always very fun and super professional which makes it easy for me and my son to feel that we are in good hands .

I went in yesterday for the first time with my daughter. It was her first time at the dentist and she was nervous coming in, but left a very happy child! She told me that she wants to go to the dentist all the time! She was first seen by the dental hygienist and then by Dr. Marwan and they were both so kind and good with her. They completely put all our worries aside. After she was done, it was my turn - I was for my wisdom tooth which had been acting up terribly. Dr. Marwan told me that I definitely need to take it out and to schedule an appointment to have it done. A couple minutes later, he told me that he can do the procedure on the spot as his next patient just cancelled. I got so nervous and apprehensive and was not mentally prepared at all. They convinced me that everything would be fine and I ended up going ahead with the procedure. Let's just say, I'm so glad I did! Once I was numbed, it took Dr. Marwan no longer than two minutes to remove my wisdom tooth!!! I will absolutely recommend Lakeshore Smiles to everyone who is looking for a dentist! She is very gentle and my whole treatment was so comforting that I didnt realize that I was in such a pain before the treatment. Had a great experience visiting Lakeshoresmiles Dentistry for the first time as a new patient. I had a severe pain and was able to get the same day appointment with Dr. Seth. She is very gentle and my whole treatment was so comforting that I didn’t realize that I was in such a pain before the treatment. The office staff was very friendly and they took care of billing to my insurance company as well. I was so much impressed with the services that I have booked my whole family for Hygiene check up here.

We have been coming to Lakeshore Smiles Dentistry for a few years now. My daughter actually looks forward to her appointments! The office staff are so kind and courteous, Everyone who works there make us feel like we're part of the family. The atmosphere is very serene and almost spa-like. Our favourite is the hygienist, what a sweet lady! She does her work in a professional manner but makes it a fun experience for my 6 year old daughter.

I went in yesterday for the first time with my daughter. It was her first time at the dentist and she was nervous coming in, but left a very happy child! She told me that she wants to go to the dentist all the time! She was first seen by the dental hygienist and then by Dr. Marwan and they were both so kind and good with her. They completely put all our worries aside. After she was done, it was my turn - I was for my wisdom tooth which had been acting up terribly. Dr. Marwan told me that I definitely need to take it out and to schedule an appointment to have it done. A couple minutes later, he told me that he can do the procedure on the spot as his next patient just cancelled. I got so nervous and apprehensive and was not mentally prepared at all. They convinced me that everything would be fine and I ended up going ahead with the procedure. Let's just say, I'm so glad I did! Once I was numbed, it took Dr. Marwan no longer than two minutes to remove my wisdom tooth!!! I will absolutely recommend Lakeshore Smiles to everyone who is looking for a dentist! IT STARTED FROM FIRST GOOGLING DENTIST NEAR MY AREA LAKE SHORE SMILES POPPED UP, I CALLED TO BE GREETED WITH A PLEASANT WELCOMING VOICE! BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT WAS A BREEZE, THEY EVEN REMEMBERED TO CALL ME WHEN THEY GOT AN EARLIER OPENING. I CAM IN I SAW KIM THE RECEPTIONIST WHO I DEALT WITH ON THE PHONE AND SHE IS JUST AS PLEASANT IN PERSON AND HILARIOUS! I SWEAR THEN I MET AREN THE DENTAL ASSISTANT AND MAN SHE WAS SOOO NICE AND I FELT LIKE I KNEW HER FOR YEARS(MIND YOU THIS IS MY FIRST VISIT) SHE WAS ALSO HILARIOUS AND KEPT ME FEELING SO SAFE AS SHE CLEANED MY TEETH! ON MY SECOND VISIT I MET WITH ANOTHER DENTAL ASSISTANT A NICE CARIBBEAN LADY THAT MADE ME FEEL AT HOME, THE DENTIST MS. Spa like atmosphere calms the soul and the friendly, cheerful staff make you feel right at home. There's a lovely tea station with almost every flavor you can think of as well as snacks if your coming right from work. They have TVs in every room with Neflix to catch up on your favorite shows and take your mind off the dental part of your visit for us scaredy cats. Both Drs. are top notch at what they do and actually care about their patients. This office truly makes you feel valued and appreciated!
There's no charge for all the extra spa amenities like warm neck rolls, aroma therapy, paraffin wax hand dip and hand massage or the tray at the end of the appointment that has a nice warm face cloth, breath strip and chap stick.
I would definitely recommend this place.
I almost forgot to mention that they are open until 8pm and weekends.
